What sort of training can i do to make the left side stronger?

Do things that require logic. I suggest sudoku, crosswords, mathematics and reading scientific manuals

I’ve looked at those. I knw it sounds weird but can you actually consciously activate a side of yur brain. I can feel the left side and focus it and then those tests of which side are you>? left or right become left sided.. That is normal right?

Yes, but we’re almost always on the left already. The right has no concept of time, and allows creative activities, but no language.

i know. i very much got lost in myself this year i had no idea what was going on. twas strange. i even said i dont even know what year it was… im trying to use my left more but wow did i get creative. its hard trying to communicate properly thats what i noticed.

Yep just gotta work at it man. I don’t really know how to help you then. I’ve spent my entire life trying to use my RIGHT brain more.

using your right brain creative juicesss… i do theatre work so my right side is hyped ALL the time. its back to suduku for me!!
