Is it bad to talk to yourself?
Now, I’ve always dreamed of becoming an actress, just your average stage actress, I’m not under the delusion that I’m ever going to be the next Sandra Bullock.But anyway, what I’ve been doing, for years is acting out things that I want to be in or a part of. sometimes I pretend I’m a character on one of my favorite TV shows,Or that I’m best friends with people from some bands that I like. I don’t obsess about any of if and I only do it in private. And sometimes I feel I need to do it to control my hypo-mania and chronic depression ( yes I have been formally diagnosed, and I don’t need medication, and if you don’t know what they are look is up on wiki)
Is this normal?
