Just check to see if his notifications increase or not. Unless he’s being really clever, that should give away if he *is* being anonymous.

Okay… I’m going to leave that typo there so you can see what’s going on with my mind. I meant *subscriptions* my bad. It’s at 27,906. If he responds anonymously, it can add to his subscriptions unless he unsubscribes from something else too.

What she said. That post was not the main reason he was banned.
Don’t assume things, you end up making a fool out of yourself.

Surely the user members of this site, should have a right to know the basic reason for any banning.
Also the rule or FAQ that was broken.
This will entail that fair play was used. Also that a mistake or unfairness was not used towards or against littlenick or any user member.
It should also be pointed out to all users how to complain to CBS ,if they think a mod has made a mistake or is bullying or is abusing their powers.

It’s really only between the mod who is doing the banning and the user being banned. No good would come out of revealing the reason someone was banned, it would just cause more drama.

What I am trying to say, is that mods are just as much responsible for keeping to the FAQ and rules of the website as any other user.
Any user that thinks a mod has gone to far in abusing, missusing or bullying a user, you should give all users the link to complain to CBS.
This is just common way for the mods to be showing fair play to the users members here.

I understand where you are comming from but the normal user member should have some way of complaining about a mod, if they think a mod has made a mistake.

If someone has a problem with a mod the way to handle that is by speaking to another mod about it or filing a report against said mod.

I have done that in the past, only to be told that one mod, can not over rule another mod.
Also, please inform us all, how to file a report about a mod and who to send it to at CBS.

Just make a report, and that report is will be left, or forwarded via email to an admin.

OK, that’s at least a start.

So now to try to give a reply to the post.
I think that littlenicks ban has expired now and that if he wishes to return here, he knows that he is welcome by most of us.

It is in that case up to littlenick to come back, when and if he wants to.
It might just be, that he is having a rest from here for a while. His brain could sure use a break from all that he has done on this site.

Really? Mods started like all of us, with 5 replies and a zero reciprocity rating for their posts. Its not like any of you (no offence) just became mods when you joined. You are exactly the same as us, just you have more power, and saying we dont have rights on a site we freely visit and join is wrong.
