What does it mean when “https” has a red slash?

I visited youtube’s website for video promotion and noticed something. What was supposed to be a secured server is now a skull and crossbones when I click on the “https” internet protocol. Does this mean the site is not secure?

I’m not 100% sure but i ‘think’ that might mean that the server you are logging into is not secure. As far as i understand it when a http address has that ’s’ at the end it means it is a safe & secure server. They are used for logging into sensitive areas like internet banking or paying for something with a credit card over the net. I’d say avoid entering your details for now and contact the people related to where you are wanting to log in?
