This, called mobbing or bullying in the workplace, you have not to accept at all! Defend yourself, calmly but firmly.

And if necessary (if the team leader does nothing), contact the union for support. Do not give up, fight for your right!

Go to HR, that’s what they’re there for.
Wish I had the guts. I had this one chick just yelling at me. I thought for a sec I should call HR, I didn’t, the thing was she made the mistake on my day off. She made feel like crap the rest of the day.

i know its petty but i still wanna share it.. im working for xm sat radio as a tech support agent.. i know im doing my job pretty well, im hitting my goals but my manager doesnt seem to like me.. HE’S MAKING MY LIFE A LIVING HELL!! it started with simple jokes, but those things are getting serious everyday.. well he’s making me look stupid in front of the other agents and that sucks.. my team leader said i should just ignore him coz maybe he didnt mean it, that maybe he’s just trying to make us happy,, well at my expense???? i dont think thats fair.. my friends are telling me to report him to HR coz its already affecting me and my performance at work but i must admit im a bit scared.. well he’s a manager im just his agent, what if he fires me??? i cant afford to lose my job… not now.. but i want it so bad to end.. its not funny anymore, nobody wants to be humiliated.. i just dont know what to do…
