I found this on their website after searching for a bit. It’s not an easy process by any stretch.

Jeff & Max,
Just noticed the problem and fixed it. you can call the following number 1-800-915-9895.
You will be told that the contract is evergreen meaning it renews auto every year. you the customer is responsible to mange your disposition. they will provide you a prorated discount whether you knew it or used it.
all in all bad practices. however they make a good point that a lot of people abuse the system. so us good guys are lumped in with all the bad guys.
moral of the story is that you need to read the fine print of any contract. so chalk up to experience and we are wiser than we were yesterday.
Same problem. I signed up for “All Access” in order to watch one non-televised game college football game. Video quality was terrible; quit watching after 10 minutes.
I thought I had only signed up for one month; I don’t remember seeing any authorization for recurrent billing. After two months, I caught the ~$10 charge on my statement and called their 800 number (800-781-9444). I didn’t want to hassle, so I just requested a cancellation without complaining. They were courteous and efficient and stated they would rebate the balance of the current month.
I would not recommend this service to anyone; even the soundtrack on their call waiting was garbled.
They have updated their site and to cancel, visit the following page which includes easy way to cancel.
Same issue for me with CBS Interactive Sports recurring billing. For the sake of good will, continuous improvement of customer relations, and perhaps becoming a role model for other companies, CBS Interactive Sports should provide a one time refund or at least a one time credit for those that do not realize the recurrence is in play and do not use its service after the initial contracted period. Another suggestion is for CBS Interactive Sports to send a one time email to all new subscribers 5 days in advance of the first billing recurrence as a reminder that billing will continue until cancelled. Even Trugreen (the lawn care service company) sends a reminder 2 times a year every year that service (and therefore billing) will continue until cancelled. This gesture is respectful to the customer and practical for the corporation. We raise our children to “do the right thing” and to understand that even though we could get away with something, it doesn’t make it right or good. CBS Interactive Sports should stop embracing the methodology and rationalization of some banks, Wall **** and politicians and start doing the right thing.
Same with me. I signed up for one month and it continues…
Same with me. They took me for $180 and I signed without thorougly reading the contract. The video was great but the $9.95 charge really put a sour taste in my mouth since I only wanted it for one game. Customer service is so polite as they take your money. Lesson learned.
Jason at CBS Interactive said I should have read the fine print. Was charged recurring monthly fee when I though I understood it was one month. Huge Scam. How can a reputable company like CBS be involved in such a dirty little scam. $14.95 per month times 5,000 ( guess ) inactive accounts adds up fast. Someone should put an end to this!!
Had the same problem! Just to watch one college softball game. I called the 1-800-915-9895 contact and cancelled with no difficulty. Will see if all is ok with next bank statement. Thanks for the number.
Yeah they’re a bunch of ******* ripoffs period. Very sad indeed
This is happening to me as well. Crooks!!
call 1-800-781-9444 and cancel. it is CBS sports on line. jb
Called that number and she said I called in May, which I did….still being billed. Will report this to College Sport. Lady who answered the phone hung up on me twice.
Don’t cal the 800-781-9444 number. Simply call 1-800-915-9895 and if your experience is like mine, they will respond to your request promptly and respectfully.
