Pregnancy & Sleepiness

I am about 18 weeks along and my energy levels are always low (even after a good night’s sleep). I want to start getting active and work out a little bit (take my dog out on walks that sort of thing) but I just can’t get find the energy to do so. I need some motivation… Any suggestions?

this is what pregnancy does. baby is taking all the nutrients it needs to survive and thrive, so youre stuck with the leftovers. i would head to a health food store and look into some prenatal vitamins, and make sure you are eating all the right foods that you need to be and enough of them to nourish yourself and bubba.
