I can not reboot my Dell Studio 1645 running Windows
7, because everytime I try reboot my computer the Windows Dianostics Utility keeps on starting up.
I tried to use my Windows 7 installation disk and repair my computer with System Restore, that did not work.
I also had a repair disk I made from Windows 7. I thought it would work but it did not work.
Now I am useing the Windows 7 disk throw Command Prompt on the repair disk.
This is what came up when I clicked on the Command Prompt Icon on the repair disk…
Administrator:X:\windows\system32\command.exe
How do I fix this problem???
