Did you purchase a disk? or a download?
If a disk, You can use the desktop to copy the files from the disk to a flash drive.

If you downloaded, you should be able to find the exe file in your downloads, copy to the flash drive.

Take the flash drive from your desk top and plug it into the laptop. run the program.

Norton has been selling a multi use license, I presume you have one of those.

Or if you did a download you should have made an account with Norton with your email and a password. Just log onto the Norton site on your laptop and download again. The 360 typically comes with 3 licsenes so you shoiuld be good. I did it for my home and laptop, pretty simple!
