Where were you?

I wouldn’t call it asthma until you have coughing/weezing and actual shortness of breath and trouble breathing, or if it keeps you up at night.
i havent been coughing but i do have shortnes of breathe and having trouble breathing and i couldent sleep all night last night so my bro called the abumlance they toke a picture of my heart n checked my lungs they said everything is fine but i still cant breathe properly today.
i am fit i play competitive soccer and everything but i havent been running/playing for the past 3 weeks..
It might just be the winter or allergies. Does your chest feel tight? Also I would recommend running around a bit just to test the feeling
im not taking those small breathes naturally i am actaully like remembering to breathe n when sometimes it slips my mind when i take a deep breathe to recover i dnt get the full lungs feeling…
Are you breathing more times per minute than you usually do, or is your heart rate faster?
i have no idea but i think im breatheing more time per minute
I wouldn’t call it asthma yet then, but what I would look for is tightness of chest, wheezing/coughing especially, see if it gets worse from things like excercise or animals or poor air, and definitely if it continues to wake you up
well i usually go for runs on monday nights. i bought an asthma inhaler (which i dnt know how to use) just incase i cant sleep again at night but if this continues ill go to my gp
What sort of asthma inhaler did you buy? Is it a prescription or over the counter? And the use of the inhalers is easy….
Maybe you should go to the doc and have some tests done to see if you are asthmatic and then you can determine if it’s exercise-induced; allergy -induced; etc. and try to get it under control
uhm its just the normal over the counter asthma inhaler its saturday my local gp is doesnt open up on weekends
The over the counter things don’t really work.
i only got it incase i cant sleep again at night
Try to sleep sitting up.
Try to force yourself to yawn if you can’t take a deep breath.
Get some mentholatum or vicks and put it on your chest.
its all the yawning thing everytime i take a big breathe i dnt get that full lung feeeling and after i take on eof those i dnt breathe for 10secs then i take another deep/big breathe then i may get the full lung feeling
Push your stomach out when you take a breath.
okay….
