A scientist. Thats very Broad in Scope.
What kind of Scientist do you want to be.
Theoretical Physics, just go to University study and get a job there.
Chemistry, you need to do contact a pharmacutical company and say that you have high ambitions/prospects, and you would like to work for them, and ask them how you would go about having a career with that company. Send the letter to a director fo the board.
