start climbing out of your hole. do menial work to pay off your debt(clean houses, babysit, help out your neighbors, etc) ’till and if you can find a job you rather have. if you can’t stop yourself, get help for your gambling problem. i’m sry about your past and how your parents treated you, but we all have issues as to how we were brought up and fortunately, you are not your parents so have control over what kind of person you want to be. as for school, if you’re managing or getting help to pay for it now(specially if you won’t have the same help later on in life) you’ll have to find motivation someplace. usually this is personal, and if for whatever reason you know you won’t have any then man up and tell whomever’s paying for it so they stop wasting their money. perhaps they can get your a cell instead so finding a job would be easier.

honestly, quit whining about the past. **** happens to everyobdy and i’m sorry if im coming off as an ******* but all that has happened to you has happened to everyone and you just to have make the best of it. it sounds cliche and easy to say, but you gathered all the bad things that have happened to you and forgotten all the good have. take things one step at a time.

You create you own life which means the changes in it. Dont look back in the past, just look towards the future.
Write down everything you want to achive in life. Lets take this day as a fresh start, drop all your burdens and lets just start again.
