What does a person do when the love of your life, doesn’t love you anymore?

So me and my ex have been broken up for about 3 months now. I made some mistakes and he broke up with me. His reason was I never listened to him but he wont explain. I dont understand how he can tell me he will love me forever, and then just stop loving me like that? I try so hard to get him back. I spill my heart out, shed millions of tears, and beg, but nothing works. I dont know what to do anymore.. Help?

I’ve done everything you’ve done. Blood, sweat, and tears. Literally, all three for her. It’s difficult to accept that your greatest efforts are for nothing. The thing that you want to save the most is always the one thing you never can. You know, there’s no book that anyone can really write to get over someone you love. You just have to pick up the pieces and move on. It’s never easy. It feels like death. But there’s no other way….

Been there done that and am still doing that and I am 53, Think of the positive if you really love them then you want them to be happy. Move forward! Keep positive, keep a smile on your face no matter how hard that is to do. Make yourself happy no matter what. If you lock in on the sad you will stay there until you pull yourself out. Think about what you have gained from the relationship benefit from it and do what you have to do to carry on! It is harder than one can imagine but it opens doors that you had no idea were there! Smile and love everyone!
