They don’t give out that information so that the privacy of the author is upheld. As I said earlier its on a need to know bases if they don’t want you to know then you don’t need to know. Why don’t you give out your address and phone # here? Need to know bases, thought so, same with authors and anybody else that don’t want random people contacting them.
