Calorie Help..Am I hurting my health?
…Okay.. I know it is bad for you if you eat less 1000 calories a day. I eat like 600 calories a day and I don’t do it on purpose. That is just how much I eat until I am full. I wouldn’t have noticed it at all unless a friend had not have pointed it out that I don’t eat a whole lot. Today I counted how many calories I ate just to see and it was 580. Also, I am a vegetarian so this may have something to do with it. Today I ate a granola bar - 190 calories, a spicy bean burger on wheat bread - 150, peas mixed with tomatoes - 100, some cheerios - 140 So should I fix this or what? I am paranoid.
