I joined but attempted to change my name, now I don’t

remeber any of it and would like to start again but it forever says to put in another email address, well of course I only have one!!

How can I start again with the original email address? Please help!

Go to the login page for help.com. Put in you email address on the right hand side of the page. When you click submit, they will email you a link to get to your old profile.

It might take an hour or so before you get the email…..be patient.
