My web cam on my hp pavilion dv6 entertainment pc does not work…
Help!! I am trying to use Skype to talk to the exchange student that lived with me. The webcam is built in but i cant get it to turn on. I can see him and hear him. He can hear me but cant see me.. all the online help says to turn on mediaplay or something like that but I do not have that program on my laptop. I have tried to update software but i dont know if i am downloading the wrong one or what.. I dont know exactly what model the laptop is i guess i could locate paper work but i would rather not since i have moved 3 times… its probably barried. anyone please help if you can..
