I am trying to register so I can post and reply.

I don’t know how to get my password straightened out. I have my username: frank3603 but don’t know how to get the password set up correctly. I continually entering / verifying a password and it continues to tell me I have an existing one (which I cannot find in any emal) and I don’t know how to log it the www.help.com

Does anyone else at your computer use this site? Go through the F & Q part to see if you can find your answer. We just noticed that you are a verified user so you are already set up for this site. You must be logged in because you just created a post with your username.

At the top right hand side of the page you will see soemthing that says account admin. Click on that and then there should be a section to set up your password.

I had the same problem I believe . The password was entered though I found out just by going to help.com and login with user and the password I had entered and and I was able to then set up my profiles and things.it seems that its not doing right but it worked for me.
