first things first, pack up all the things that remind you of this and put them in a box, a plastic bin , shoe box whatever. just put them away and put the box out of site. get a new look buy a couple new shirts in a style you always wanted to try and then try a new hobby you always wanted to try. maybe travel..do something new that you always wanted to. that always helps me get over things.
