I could use a …………wait for it………….Hug.

huggles and cuddles to all :)
I need a hug, but I would much rather it in person. To feels your arms wrapped around me tight like a security blanket. And whispering in my ear everything is going to be alright. I am presently in Orgun-E, Paktika, Afghanistan. Since I have been here I have lost four family members. Like being in a war zone, so far from family and friends wasn’t hard enough. I’ve been knocked down and hard, got the wind knocked right out of me. Every time I manage to stand up again, it seems I get knocked right back down.
You need a hug because you were late and bored at work. How amazing you are, truely amazing. My work is a little more stressful and dangerous. Safe the hugs for the ones that really need one. I’m sure you can find someone to hug you a hug where you are.

…fighting over a virtual hug…?
Wow.
Classy.
What can I say, I am used to fighting over everything. Why should a hug be any less valuable.
You forget I am in a war zone and have been for a long time, with quite some time left here. But you have sadly mistaken in thinking that I am angry, lol I am a happy hippy bro. I am always happy surprisingly with all of the deaths in my family and still being in Afghanistan in all. But I have no choice but to fight. I can’t just sit down and say I am done here you know. I would actually get in major trouble if I did.
My job is to safe guard the people here and I do it well. I am always happy no matter the out come. Is there an age that you should fight for your freedom at, I think not. This is not a career move. I am here now but I’ll be home in time. after this deployment I’ll be out in 3years. I don’t see myself dieing anytime soon its kool. And it would be an honor to die for my country. If everyone thought like you we would not be freedom or safe. Someone has to stand up for whats right. And right now we are standing up for those who can not stand up for themselves. Haha your avatar is a cat anyone guy/girl could have a cat.
And what if no one would stand up against these odds. No one would be safe, and would you decided to then take on all odds your self to keep your family and loved ones safe.
