Internet help: i cant download any files. - Help.com

i cant download any files.

so i tried to download Internet Download Manage. but i cant to do it. because there is a warning: ‘’internet download manager has been registered with a serial number or the serial number has been blocked. ISM is exiting'’. and when i click ‘’ok'’ then “Please enter your registration details in the corresponding fields and push OK button”.
but i dont know any serial number.
please help me.
