No toast? You mean if you have no bread?
There are a million alternatives… all kinds of muesli cereals, fruit…

I’ve been a vegetarian for quite a while now. Once you get used to it you can eat anything without even thinking about it. :)
But there are veggie meats for pretty much every real meat. Pepperoni, steak, hamburger, chicken tenders, chicken patties, beef tips, sausage, sandwich slices, bacon, you name it they probably have it.
So just think of whatever you’d eat with meat, and replace with veggie meat. or if you dont have it then there are still many dishes without imitation meats.
You can make eggs, french toast, veggie omelete, pancakes, fruits, oatmeal, hashbrowns, peanut butter and banana :) sounds weird, but its good! (especially on toast), bagel, things like that.

Are you just starting to be a vegetarian? If you need any snack, lunch or dinner ideas too, let me know. Just cause you’re a vegetarian doesnt mean you’re stuck eating salads and bread all the time like some people may think. There is plenty to eat. :) It was a little hard for me at first but then its no problem after a few months.

im an ex veg, most fake meats are terrible, very bad for you, but some of the fake bacons are flavourful enough to be worth eating gluten for.

many fake meats taste yuck, and almost all are bad food… but if youre lucky you will find some good stuff.
