Hello, I have an Technical problem with my PC.

I had used my virus scan & it detected 10 infections by the viruses that cannot be cleaned or deleted. I was able to quarantine the infected files, but I cannot permanently remove them from my PC. Can you help me with this by Live Tech Help assistance, or with an phone number that I can call to guide me thru this issue????????????, Thanks, Mike.

I recently acquired a compaq armada 4110. There is a slot on one side missing some cartridge. approx. 1/2 deep & 3 1/2 wide and 4 1/2 deep. I have NO idea what is the part missing. can you help me?

I have searched the web but my limited skills have forced me to come to you, the expert, for help.
I am aware that the machine is older, I just would like to know what I can do to make it work. Thank You!

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html
