Feel help: I’m a guy and there are some girls (Not all in one group) that I loosely know, but quite often things are a bit passive. - Help.com

I’m a guy and there are some girls (Not all in one group) that I loosely know, but quite often things are a bit passive.

I’d like to say ‘hey’ and all that, and generally be a bit more extrovert but I somehow feel that I could be mistaken for ‘coming on’ to any of them.

Am I somewhat mistaken, and there isn’t really a problem. I just don’t want to appear out of the blue, suddenly being more social for no real reason.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I totally get you, i often have the same problem. If you kinda know them, you probably have their facebook, or cellphone number? It seems most girls don’t find it wierd if you like text them or chatt with them on facebook. One of my best girl friend i actually started making contact with this way (Got her cell phone number from a friend, and i kinda knew her already)

Hmm. I was thinking that, maybe my judgment is a bit out of place. I’ll see what happens…

Thanks!
