when you hear someone mention an obscure disease on a tv show and immediately worry you have it, when you get a cough and become convinced you’re dying instead of just accepting you have the flu.
Things like that

I think I may have MS. I have quick seizures every now and then. I have poor circulation in my toes, always catching colds and sometimes just fall over or forget how to spell simple words

get checked out by a doctor?
If you believe there is all the time then you’re probably one, if it’s just every so often then you’re probably fine.

okay other than the seizures that sounds pretty normal.
I had poor circulation in my legs before I started doing yoga. Now it’s fine. Lots of people forget how to spell words, and you may just have bad balance and a bad immune system.
Get the seizures checked out anyway and be persistant.
