i need good information about how to work out correctly.
its a simple answer i know, but heres where i stand. i max out benching at 125, i use like 25 lb dumbells for most. i have 40 mins 3x a week for back and chest and i need to focus on that.
i have a circuit with 3 exersizes for both muscle groups, but i need to knoe exactly how im suppose to be doing. how many reps, how many times. how many times doing that exersize before moving onto the next. and aside from that, info in general.
