i have done diploma in civil engineering n i want to

do degree in civil engineering too, but i have financial problem being from a poor family background. M from Bhutan n if someone could aid me than i will be really greatful.

Use your first diploma to pay for your second one. Or pay for it the same way you paid for the first one.
