I have two issues w/ aol mail.

when i reply to my email, if i click reply it does not allow me to respond, it sends a blank response.
because of this problem I was told to upgrade to aol 9.0 VR, now i still have the problem and I lost my filing cabinet… Help!

Do u have an actual AOL account or a free one? Because either way try calling the help hotline thing. They are pretty good about trying to fix the problems.
