Danish Pastry is better than Pizza.
With a nice latte and the pizza has a coke. Please give your vote.

i prefer salty over sweet
Danish pastry with a nice latte is far better than Pizza with dirt coke
I’ll go along with that.
I’m a pizza fanatic, so I prefer pizza, but not Coke. That’s probably the 2nd worst soft drink for your body. I prefer root beer with my pizza :D

I like a 12year old Scottish malt, but latte will do right now.
How can you hate root beer? If you get the right one, it’s creamy and foamy, it tastes a bit like licorice, and sometimes it even has a bit of a fruity flavor. Mmmm, root beer.highwaygirl wrote:

Pizza + Dr. Pepper = Party in my tummy.
I am disgusted by Danish Pastry, and coffee of any kind. The smell of coffee actually causes my gag reflex to activate. And while I enjoy sweets, I don’t enjoy sweet softbreads. Like, I can eat sweet jam on crunchy toast, but if the bread is soft, I can’t stand it.

It’s the “creamy” plus the “licorice” that really bothers me about root beer.
If it was just creamy, like cream soda, I’d like it.
But the licorice just gives it a strong smell and weird flavor.
bleh! i hate cream soda and licorice!!
sorry, i’m just a hater on all these foods! except pizza!!

Hmm, I can accept that. I could see why someone wouldn’t like the licorice flavor combined with the creamy texture. I don’t really mind the confusing texture/flavor of it though.Blest wrote:

Ahh I love pizza but without the coke or soft drink. I’ve never tried a Danish pastry but think I need to now if some say it’s apparently better than pizza, I’ll need to see for myself :)

You’ve never had a Danish before?

Thanks for that :D I’ll have to give it a try, what’s that in the middle? Raspberry jam or just raspberries? lol, probably doesn’t make much difference

Most danishes have pretty much the same thing in the middle:
Cream Cheese
Sugar-coated fruit or jam
Butter
Then it’s drizzled with glaze or icing.
