I have gone through a series of heartbreaks.
Right now, I am trying to make my life better. A good friend who cares about me suggested that I start by listing 5 good things on a daily basis. So, I thought I would share the list with other people Help.com as well. Please do comment and share the smiles.
1. I am happy for all the relaxing music out there on Youtube.
2. I am happy that I have a wonderful job that I love and I am very productive in it.
3. I am grateful to life that the only people who are left in my life are people who truly care about me and love me.
4. I am grateful to life that I am learning new skills that would one day add value to me and my personality.
5. I am grateful to life that I am healthy, wealthy and wise.
