lol this is gonna sound weired, but i quit drinking and im allways hungry..

i can use the wait so i dont mind eatin, but im afraid of over eating and throwing up! hehe so how much do i have to eat to throw up?

your body is getting of the addiction just try not to eat 2 much and in a few days you will be fine

if you drink a lot, your body adapts by burning calories from the alcohol instead of sugar.
you didnt need to eat as much because the alcohol was providing a lot of calories, just not good ones. now that the ethanol is gone it is going back to exclusively burning glucose so it needs more of it to maintain your bloodsugar. your body is telling you that it is running at a deficit, so you eat more. (which is not necessarily a bad thing just dont go overboard.)
if you are worried about over eating just eat a few small meals a day. that is supposed to be the healthiest way to eat anyway.
