I am looking for a liquid substance like plastic, epoxy, resin, urethane, etc.

that I can pour into a mold that will harden into a solid without applying heat. There are many products available, problem is they are way too expensive. It must be non toxic and submersable once solidified. If anyone knows of an inexpensive alternative please let me know.
