i deleted my email account for this help account but i can still use this help account-how is that possible?

! surely i shouldn’t be able to
how can i know for sure if the email accounts gone?

Because it is just used to log-in, and on occasion, help you log in if you have forgotten your password, that’s it. We aren’t your isp where it would be important if you de-activated your e-mail account or not.

Help me with: So a few days ago I ordered a new computer and just a little bit ago I tracked the package and it shows that it was shipped

ok my email account said i should leave it without signing in for a year and the email account will be deleted

does that mean-after that year i’ll still be able to log onto here? onto this account even though i use that email account for this help account?

Yup. But if you forget your password your screwed. If you have a new e-mail account you should be able to change it in your settings though.
