Help me here if you know lots of destinations around USA.
So here is the thing, by the end of this year, me and my 2 friends are going to USA on a exchange program called ‘’Work Experience USA”. The name says it all. Basically we will go to USA during your winter (our summer/college vacation), and work for about 3 months and then come back. It’s not trainee or internship just temporary jobs.
Our angency offer two modalities: Placement is where they will get a job for you before you get there. Walk-in you basically get to USA and then go out and job hunt. We will do the second one because it is way cheaper. I’ve done it before, in aspen and it was easy to find a job quick.
So what we’re looking for here is recommendations of places we should go being able to find jobs. BUT, there are some specifics. We want places where is not too cold (rocky mountains, wyoming minnessota etc) nor tropical wheater/warm (california, florida, texas etc). One last thing. Aspen had tons and tons of other tourists and other exchange students, we want distance from that as well.
So, any suggestions?
