and thinks he is going to pass out and he is dizy can you please help me we think he might have walking amonia if you know the symptoms or any info please help me thank you?

well walking amonia doesn’t sound like the proper diagnosis. Neither does walking pneumonia. Perhaps he should see a doctor? Not a lot of medical attention that we can provide here.

phone a hospital close to you and describe what your brother is telling you,they will tell you what to do.Its notwalking pneumonia,i had that nope he dont have that. If he feels like passing out put cold cloth or ice on his ead while you call for help.
