i have problem.

can any1 help me? i have 3 horses. a mustang, a retired rodio horse, and a therobread(but he never raced) i was a good rider, id been riding 4 about 5 years, and one day, my mustang buck me off at full speed! he’d never done such a thing! iv never been the same rider sence. now when im at the bottum of a hill, ready to gallop up, i feel nothing but terror. i use to feel exitmented, now i’m so scard, i almost never ride anymore. what shoud i do? i tryed faceing my fears nut it didn’t work. i’m still scard! what should i do?!?!?!

You can just try not to go up hills. Just ride in flat places.

try hiring a trainer or doing ground work for a while….just because your horse bucked you off doesnt mean youre not a good rider..it just means your horse thinks he can now get away with it….
