I am constantly craving milk…
I wonder why?
I can drink 2 litres of 2% milk in one day and some days even 4 litres… why do I crave it so much and when I do not have it I feel so hungry… I am a 43 yr old male I weigh about 195 lbs and am 5ft 8 I am losing weight which is good because I am not that lean and remember feeling better when I was thinner, I am not exercising at all at the moment but plan to starting some weigh training and cardio in late spring or early summer… but why do I crave so much milk ? (Btw one litre is slightly more than one U.S. liquid quart and slightly less than one imperial quart or one U.S. dry quart. A mnemonic for the its volume relative to the imperial pint is “a litre of water is a pint and three quarters”.)
Since writing this post Anonymous may have helped people, but has not within the last 4 days.
