Hi, I’m newly divorced and did not get anything out of my divorce. I just wanted out. Now I’m trying to get a house loan, to purchase a small home for me, my daughter(16 yrs old) and my pets. My husband and I went bankrupt in 05 or 06, and it’s making it difficult for a loan. I have a good job, but it doesn’t seem to be enough. Any advice or help would be welcomed. HUD turned me down. Thank-you Liz

Yes im married and have a baby on the wya, and im only 22. and dnt have great credit, but can afford a mortgage, just need the oppertunity to get a home. it would be nice. im tired of apartment living for my family.

Hi my name is jose lucio i was just looking for some kind of organization that would help me get a house for me and my family. W e curently have a manufacture home but are paying 532 morgage and 240 lot rent which comes to close to 800 dollars a month and at this time its getting very tough with this economy i would like to talk to somebody please
