I have a Japser 150w XboX 360 and my power supply over-heated and won’t work.

My friend has an extra power supply he’ll give me but its one of the older modles. My question is will my Jasper 360 be ok, in the long term, with 175 or 203 watt power cable? What are the repercussions of having an 175 or 203 power cable for my Jasper 360? I really don’t want to have to buy a new power supply, so help is really appreciated.
