How do I upload photos onto my laptop?

I used to be able to do it with my desktop, but it’s broken, and I’m not sure how to do the same thing with my laptop…?? :(

just to make a file on my laptop…kind of like in documents. (That’s how I did it on my desktop)

But eventually, I want to put them on a USB, to store them safely and to always be able to make copies

Oh, and I want to upload them directly from my camera. There is a cable that allows for that

Just connect that USB or Ethernet cable between your camera and your computer.
