simply you seems to have some inflammation in the nerves under the tooth so when you put your head on the pillow the blood pressure increase and also the pain and when you stands the pain is gone coz the blood pressure in your head is decreased

so you said you tried some pain killers

what exactly did you use ??

and if you like natural stuff try uying some clove put then on the place of pain

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clove

i would recommend to you and i don’t know the trade names in your country

Ibuprofen
ketoprofen

and would be better if combined with paracetamol

hope that helped

Try a hot water bottle, put a towel over it so it doesn´t burn your face.
You could also try gargling with salt water, just incase it´s an infection, then this will help get rid of any infection.

Toothache is usually because of the inflammation of the pulp of the tooth (pulpitis). Sometimes a toothache may be due to non-dental reasons like infection of the ears and sinus. If a tooth is affected home remedies like clove oil can provide temporary relief, but it is advisable to visit a dentist for a long term solution.
