Page help: i have a kobo reader. - Help.com

i have a kobo reader.

the borders page will no longer let me sign in (when i click sign in it does not come up). i have both reset to factory ettings and pushed the liittle hole at the back. is this a problem with the reader or with Borders given their current trading problems?
