You would have to check with the municipal authorities in the city of Michigan, however it is highly unlikely as they are really wild animals.

sorry but why would you? its bad enough with birds etc… you wouldn’t be able to provide what it needs. such as a BIG OCEAN TO SWIM IN or LIVING FOOD WHICH IT HAS TO CHASE… the list goes on… n on… n on
