I imagine there are very similar to what they would be through most of Western Europe. There are extensive legal protections meant to prevent sexism in the workplace, but it still exists.

It might help to know what industry you are particularly interested in.

Well its hard to answer on that because Im not a woman.But I think now many country join the European Union and people from different country ,they ho come to Belgium they can feel discrimination in,I feel that way to some time.
