Can you submit your old coursework if you want to resit a GCSE exam?

I want to resit some gsce exams as I got B’s in them and wanted to improve them. Is it possible to re-submit old coursework if I were to enter an exam as a private candidate?
And does it depend on what year I sat my gcse exams?

yea you can if you still have it i.e on the pc you can also improve it if you want as long as its your work there is no problem :D
