I’m just crawling out of a pit of despair that i’ve been in for a few weeks. i’m on my way back up at the moment, but i know i will end up in another pit in a few weeks. gotta enjoy the ups while they’re there.
I know that now sucks for you and i wish i could help, just remember that it is only right now that it sucks. things will get better. i started exercising again, thats what pulled me out of it recently… or maybe i was just feeling better enough to exercise again.

Thanks that is something that helps me too, I will definitely do it when I get a chance. I hurt my foot so it is hard to walk right now on it, but not impossible.
I am so glad to hear that you understand and sorry at the same time that you do, because that means you have the same crap to deal with in your head. But I feel less alone with when I hear from other people. It really is like a pit isn’t it, I certainly will try to pull up and out of it, I usually do not come on here down, thanks for caring.
hmm a pit maybe sounds a bit too hopeless… lol
just think of it as climbing a steep hill. a muddy hill. but there is a nice tree on top :P

I’m sorry you are going through this. i too have been there and was praying earlier this week to be delivered from the fear one of my relatives was dishing out. I had a couselor who would tell me the only way out…is through. i started picturing fear like the 23rd psalm talks about valley of the shadow of death. it makes you think it is death…it feels like a valley with death…but it is only a shadow.

Hmm yeah, I have those ups and downs too. Was on my way up for about a month then all of a sudden today I’m falling again. I just hope it doesn’t take me to long to pick myself up again.

yeah you always have to fight it. its too easy to just stay down, i know they say life is what you make it but sometimes you can’t make it anything :/

Thank you Sweet Z I love what you wrote to me, it brought tears to my eyes what good words I know that fear is only a shadow thought, so I guess that sunshine will dispel that heavy darkness into nothingness when I remind myself that shadows have no home and I do, IN HIM..thank you
