You need to make yourself eat something even if you don’t feel like it. Start with a little bit of fruit.
Are you sick as in sick with flu, or are you wrestling with an eating disorder? Or are you just suddenly not at all hungry?
I would advise you to start with something light like chicken soup or a small bowl of oatmeal if you haven’t eaten in several days. if you feel you can eat more after that maybe a hard boiled egg to get you some protein.
I’m not sure Betta, the thought of food makes me sick right now. I haven’t had any problems such as throwing up or anything so I don’t think it’s the flu. I’m just not hungry for some reason but I know I nee to eat because it’s causing headaches and pain.
if u cant eat take in lquid soups slowly with crackers in them you need to eat or you’ll get weak try to eat at leaste
I had a glass of soymilk thinking that would make me want to eat but all that did is taste good and make my mouth wet.
Do you feel like you might ‘give in’ by eating? I dunno. Maybe that’s something you should see a doctor for. 3 days is a really long time to just not feel hungry. I think loss of appetite is suggestive of an underlying problem health-wise. I cannot really say.

You need to get some calories in you or you will start to fatigue. The soymilk is a good start. If it tasted good, have some more.

I know when I get over stressed and super upset about things in my life, I lose my appetite completely. I look at food and think yuck! Just the thought of ingesting any food at those times makes me nauseated.
However Q.E. you need to eat something even if its just some creckers and tea. Sippin soup is good too. I like smoothies..combo of orange juice, fruits, yogurt. I toss in flaxseed for added health benefits. Its a good way to get something solid in you.
I can see why you wouldn’t be hungry with everything you’re going through, but you need to stay strong and well and healthy.
Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. That should help you digest easier. I recommend simple starches and sugars such as those found in oatmeal and fruit. chicken broth might help. Try having some cucumber to keep your digestive tract flowing.

I had a few bites just now, I’m trying.
Eat something small like jello and make sure you get somthing in you or you will get really sick
It something fruity because it is the easiest to eat (i am not sure why it just is - fats are fatty (duhh) and then it is too much for your stomach after not eating anything) once i was so hungry i couldnt eat so i decided to eat some dried pineapple which helped, although i took like an hour, but after that i could eat more than just dried fruit

Queen, I hear you about eating. Going through the same thing right now and it sucks bad. I hate soup… Let me know if there is something that works. Cause nothing is working for me.

I’ve been taking small steps with salad’s and apples.
My stress is getting better each day, things take time.
just shut your eyes hold your nose and shove something that used 2 be ur fave food in your mouth and chew it worked 4 me!!!

you didn’t eat for a long time and now you have to start eat in the certain way.
Don’t mix different type fruits with each other. After each fruit (except banana which is take 2 hours to digest) you
have to wait at list 30 minutes to eat another type.
The great benefit for you would make a fresh juice in the morning on empty stomach. If you dont wanna eat then drink juices
and water. Its will clean up your intestines and cells.
Try to avoid trash such as coffee, snacks, brad and hard digestible food.
Its not so much stress as it is depression. Depression can take away an appetite to the point of risking physical illness from malnutrician. QE, its time you took your own advise and got some professional help before you fall any further. You are an amazing women who doesnt deserve the hand you have. But you have the ability to make the bes of it. You also know, deep down, that all that is going on is happening for a reason. ANd will make you stronger in the end.
