I have never had anger issues before but lately I get really angry to the extent that I lash out at either the wall or people that I love :/ was wondering if anyone knows of any coping strategies????

it could be loads of things. how are you in general? i only ask as i have been depressed for a good while and before getting help for it i was getting angry and snappy with everyone and i was convinced it was there fault. now im getting help for that i can see how much of a dic i was being to everyone.
