How do I tell my parents something important?
I took this Bipolar test online just out of curiosity, and the scoring system was 22 or under prob not bipolar, over 22 prob bipolar I or II. I scored a 34… I get these highs so good that I can barely stand still, and it lasts anywhere from an hour to a few days. But after that, I get these really bad lows, some even so bad I end up in my room, holding a knife to my wrist, ready to end it all. When I have these lows, it’s so bad I can barely move. But how do I tell, well, more like ask, my parents to take me to get tested professionally? I have told them things like this before, about being physically sick, and they just shrug it off, and go on with life. How do I go about getting this thing sorted out? I am kinda desperate. I don’t know if one of these lows will hit, and end up with me doing something stupid that will either A)change things for my whole life, or 2)take my life. I am scared, but at the same time, I don’t know if I want people to know about this… WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?
