Why do managers and business owners have a sense of entitlement?

Which group puts the most money in its pockets?

So which group has the greater sense of entitlement?

Compared to workers in Western Europe, Americans have:

1. Little or no six leave.
2. Two to three weeks of vacation compared to six weeks for Europeans.
3. No job protections, because in America it’s all “at will employment,” where you can be fired for any reason or even no reason.
4. No universal health care; if you lose your job, you lose your health benefits.

I think American workers should develop a higher sense of entitlement and demand what their counterparts in Europe get.
